According to the dictionary, a habit is a routine of behavior; it is a fixed way of thinking more or less about something. So, if I run every morning, exercise every day, and eat healthy meals every day to keep my body and mind healthy and sharp, those are good habits. Smoking, on the other hand, is a bad habit if I smoke cigarettes or vape every day, which causes harm and many diseases to my body and diminishes my health.
“It’s not what you are that holds you back; it’s what you think you aren’t that holds you back,” I say. We have complete control over our destiny, but we choose not to pursue it. What you digest in your mind every minute of the day is the beginning of a habit. Those thoughts, dreams, or visions become a part of your subconscious, which is responsible for the formation of these habits.” What we think about becomes who we are “every day of the week. Your mind is the accumulation of habits and thoughts that enter your subconscious. Those thoughts become actions, and the actions become habits. Although it appears to be simple, why aren’t people more successful in life?
According to John Dryden, “we first make our habits, and then our habits make us.”

So, if you like where you’re going, stick with it. If not, then change your course. I have three recommendations.
Success is the result of deliberate actions and behaviors. Habits and routines are formed as a result of these actions and behaviors. When we fail, it’s all too easy to lose faith in ourselves. You must visualize and believe in your ability to transform bad habits into good habits. Remember that success is the result of deliberate actions.
